Building brands and systems to scale.

Your brand is only as strong as the system that supports it. So I build both.

I've built brand and reputation for 45+ service businesses — messaging, SEO, ads, reviews, and the automation that keeps things from falling through the gaps when the operator gets busy.

About

Hi, I'm Becca.

I've spent 20+ years running my own businesses — first as a commercial photographer (2005–2021), then, after a pandemic-forced pivot into strategy and brand building, as a marketing operator for service-business owners.

My marketing education started with my own business. I had to get scrappy and learn how SEO, branding, and messaging actually work together — and then how to turn that into a system I could repeat instead of rebuilding from scratch every time.

What I learned early: you waste a lot of time and marketing dollars if you don't deeply understand your customer — what they're asking, and how you're uniquely built to answer them. From there, it's about building reputation, becoming known in your industry, and making it all work together so you're able to scale.

That's what I do now for a roster of service-business operators — hands-on across voice, design, writing, SEO, and the back-end systems that keep the businesses effective and efficient. After years of working 1:1, I productized a brand-and-business system that now runs across 35+ handyman businesses. The companies I know best have a small-business buyer, sit in a specific vertical, and are scaling from a proven reputation into a bigger market. I believe your marketing starts with your brand, voice, and reputation — everything else stems from that.

I've been the main decision-maker in my own businesses for 20+ years. What I'm looking for now is a role inside a larger team — where the plan is shared, and I get to bring what I've learned to a bigger seat.

AI + Human

Balancing AI and human work for the best outcomes.

AI is integrated into every layer of my daily work — research, drafts, content production, customer flows, and the custom multi-agent systems I've built to run alongside the team.

I use Claude Code to build out client voice files and voice-of-customer research files that become the starting point for all AI-assisted content. AI can take you from 0 to 80% on content and writing. The final 20% is where the expertise comes in to shape the output — that's what gets you both efficiency and humanity.

In 2026, AI-forward thinking isn't a novelty for a marketing leader. It's how you ship the volume of a bigger team without losing quality — and how you stay current with what's actually changing in the field.
